Water/Sewer in New Hanover County and Brunswick County are billable and payable to Bryant Real Estate. Trash services are combined with water/sewer billing on City of Wilmington properties. Trash services are included in rent for Brunswick County properties. Bryant Real Estate will invoice tenants for water/sewer usage and provide a copy of the invoice.
