LONG TERM RENTAL TEAM
Julie McMahan is our General Manager. After graduating from UNCW, she loved the area and made it her home. She has been with Bryant Real Estate since 2002. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Brian and their son Brian.
Calee Kinstler is our full-time Leasing and Documents Manager. She joined the Bryant Real Estate team in 2016. Calee works closely with both property owners and tenants, and is the main point of contact for all things onboarding and leasing!
Sheri Brown is our full-time accountant. She joined the Bryant Real Estate team in 2008.
Kurt Opsahl is our full-time maintenance coordinator. He has worked in both Bryant Real Estate Vacation Rental and Long Term departments and joined the Bryant Real Estate team in 2009.
Jason Black is part of our Maintenance Team as a field tech. Jason brings many years of experience to help maintain your property.
