AVAILABILITY:

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Parking: On site for 2 vehicles. One in the carport and one in the driveway on the uncovered parking pad.

Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Boats, Smoking, Pets, Charging Golf Carts
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.

DESCRIPTION:
This 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home features beautiful hardwood floors, unique touches of character, ocean views, and a spectacular location! As you enter, you are welcomed into the ground floor foyer. The first floor of the home offers a full bathroom and a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs you are welcomed by the stunning hardwood floors that guide you to the sleeping quarters. The first bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full bed, as well as a twin trundle. There is a television and attached jack and jill bathroom for added convenience. A second guest bedroom shares access to the jack and jill bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The queen guest room also has a private deck that provides a glimpse of the ocean. Across the hallway you will find the primary bedroom complete with a en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks and a walk-in shower stall. The top floor of this home is accented by wood floors and spacious floor plan. An open concept living room makes a wonderful gathering space and flows to the kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry to store all your groceries, and everything you need to make your favorite meals. There is a deck off the dining area with a cozy outdoor sofa that overlooks the ocean. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for added convenience. This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not yet compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose.
